The events most associated with treffen in PCA over the years have been the trips to Europe, and more recently trips to Europe using the Treffen name are run by an outside company and not PCA. PCA—Designed by F.A. “Butzi” Porsche, the mid-engined and well-balanced 904 Carrera GTS featured a boxed steel frame, a fiberglass-reinforced plastic body, and arguably some of the most gorgeously penned and streamlined lines to ever grace a car bearing the Porsche crest. A true
dual-purpose car — at home on both road or track — the 904 was campaigned by the Porsche factory and privateers following its official debut in November 1963, notching up over 300 class wins and 145 overall victories. Produced for just two short years, only 110 examples were built — 106 with a 180-horsepower Ernst Fuhrmann-designed four-cam four-cylinder engine, and four vehicles with a 210-horsepower six-cylinder — while a further two factory race cars were propelled by a 240-horsepower
eight-cylinder engine.

Motor1—Time and again, we've seen the Nissan GT-R face faster rivals, whether on a full circuit competition or in a drag strip. Despite having old bones underneath, the Japanese sports coupe is still a force to be reckoned with, even among newer competitors.

Road & Track—Due to both the economic and human cost of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the organizers of the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) have called off the 2021 show. Considering that the show typically takes place in March, this announcement suggests that it
may be quite a while before things return to normal in the automotive world.

In the land of Porsche, where price tags get way out
of hand quickly, the GT4, at around $110,000, is a spectacular value.

CarBuzz—Now that the core versions of the 992-generation Porsche 911 Carrera have been launched, the attention inevitably shifts to the racier GT3. We've already spotted the new GT3 out testing without too much camouflage and sporting a particularly large rear wing and vents on
the hood, just two of the changes that set the GT3 apart from lesser 911s. We've also heard the GT3's 4.0-liter flat-six engine from early 2018 tests, but a new video has emerged of the GT3 blitzing the Nurburgring and sounding as resonant as only a naturally-aspirated Porsche motor can.
